These sessions will consist of a more open gym environment allowing this age group the opportunity to start “spring training” focusing on fundamentals (throwing, catching, hitting, running) and fun. At the beginning of each session, we will also separately focus on pitching and catching for those interested in those positions while the other sessions are occurring.
