My name is John Raab and I am the President of the Lancaster-Depew Girls Softball league. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your sponsorship in 2015. It’s that time of the year where we are beginning preparations for the upcoming 2016 season, and are in need of some assistance with securing sponsorships.
The Lancaster-Depew Ponytails is entering its 37th year of play, providing a fun and competitive softball experience to girls from ages 5 through 20. In 2015, we had over 425 athletes, 29 House teams, 14 Tournament & Travel teams, and hosted 3 fast-pitch softball tournaments at Walden Pond which attracted over 80 teams from WNY and beyond.
Our Organization relies upon sponsorships to help defray league expenses such as equipment, uniforms, player awards, and insurance premiums. By sponsoring a team(s), you make an investment in the community and in youth sports, but more importantly get an opportunity to advertise your company and/or business to an ever increasing audience that includes the Lancaster-Depew Community and others who visit thePonytails website.
This season, we are again offering different levels of sponsorship for you to choose from, and we are happy to report that sponsorship fees remain unchanged from last year. Depending on the package selected, you will be entitled to the following:
· Company name or business on House uniform.
· Company name or business on Tournament & Travel banner that travels with the team when they play games and tournaments around WNY and in other towns & cities.
· Recognition and mention in the Lancaster-Depew Bee and Ponytail Newsletter.
· Scrolling website banner displayed on our website.
· Billboard and/or Dugout advertisement that will hang on one of the backstops or installed on the back of the dugouts in Walden Pond Park.
The support you provide with your sponsorship is a driving force behind the success of the Ponytails organization. We truly appreciate any support, small or large you can provide this year given these challenging economic times.
Enclosed are a 2016 sponsorship form and a return postage-paid envelope. Please return the form no later than March 31, 2016.
