When logged in to the admin site, navigate to Members->Players/Parents-> Parent Edit.  On this page lookup the last name (or ID #) of the person you wish to edit.  Enter the new password in both the Password and Confirm fields in the Permissions area.  Then click the save icon at the top of the page (see image below).
