Scripps Ranch Little League Bat Rules

Scripps Ranch Little League follows all Official Little League International bat rules as published in the annual Green Book.

For Majors, Minors, and below:
A bat shall not be greater than 33 inches in length nor shall it be greater than 2-1/4 inches in diameter (No big barrel bats are allowed).  The only bats with composite barrels that are approved for use in Little League are found on the official list on the Little League Website (http://www.littleleague.org/learn/equipment/licensedcompositebats.htm).

For Intermediate and Juniors:
A bat shall not be greater than 34 inches in length nor shall it be greater than 2-5/8 inches in diameter.  Composite barrel bats are allowed as long as they meet the Batted Ball Coefficient of Restitution (BBCOR) performance standard and have a label stating such from the manufacturer on the barrel of the bat.

For more information, Little League International has a Bat Resource Page that outlines all of the different rules and types of bats.
