Navigate to setup>teams>auto. draft tool.

Select the league you want to draft players in.

Select the season you wish to do this for.

Select the division/level.

You can choose whether or not you want a coach's players on the team that they coach.

You can tell it to assign an OA(overall average) to players that have not yet been rated, if not, enter a default value for unrated players.

You can also assign siblings to the same teams
