We provide secure Football League management by allowing only authorized board members and volunteers to log in to the administrative section of the web site. Based on the menu definition and the access level assigned to them, they can read or edit only specific information.
Once logged in, authorized users can view and edit player and parent information, current year registration information, and previous year information. Players can be assigned to teams manually or with the draft tool. Once the teams are built, game schedules can be created which automatically update the schedule on the parent web site.
The scheduler can also use the rainout tool to change the date of a scheduled game. All players and parents will be emailed instantly and the schedule will be automatically updated on the parent web site.
