Girls 12-14 Developmental Fast Pitch Softball Division
About the 12-14 Girls Division
Age:League ages 12, 13 and 14 years old (may not turn 15) prior to Aug 1st of the current season

Play Type: Increased level of competitiveness. Continued focus on development and instruction through additional base running, pitching and catching rules that allow players to develop and refine more advanced baseball skills during live game play. Teams will participate against teams from Strongsville in 2013.

12-14 Division Rules Summary:

Seven inning games with 2 hour time limit (a new inning may not start after 1 hour 45 minutes).
No per inning run limits or mercy rule.
Teams field 9 defensive players.
All players will bat in the lineup in a continuous batting order.
No leadoffs. Stealing is permitted of 2nd and 3rd bases.
