- League registration begins Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019 at 3:00pm. Players registering prior to February 1st will receive a $5 discount in registration. Registration after March 31st will be assessed a $25 late fee and registration will be assigned when roster spots become available, register early for best chance of any requested placement.
- Teams are filled on a first come first serve basis.
- Regardless of the number of scheduled games, each division is guaranteed 5 games, including tournament games. Games lost due to weather will not be rescheduled.
- Age Divisions are determined by Player's age as of 4/30/2020 for baseball and 1/1/2020 for softball.
- Players residing outside Greeley or Evans please add $5.00 non-resident fee.
- Volunteer coaches needed - Please email mimi@geyl.org with your full name, email and age division desired to coach (player's name).

No player may play down an age division. Disqualification and forfeiture will result.
- Coaches may start practice at their convenience, but will contact players by the first week of May.
- Games may start as early as the week of May 15th and will run through July 31st.
- Practice schedules are determined by the Coaches after teams are filled.
- Practices may be held around town in locations ranging from parks to schools to the practice fields at the GEYL Youth Sports Complex - This will be determined by your Coach.
