We do not publish any personal information to the public web site. We do allow your authorized users the opportunity to publish necessary information with the sports league management software's content management tool.

2. Do I have to change my league's fee structure?
No, our league management software accommodates a very complex fee structure. You can have multiple fees, family discounts, and add registration custom fields and then charge a fee based on the answer provided.

3. How are player registration fees processed?
As part of a onetime setup fee, we will import any player and parent data you have, set up your fee structure, set up your registration process, and send a registration email to your league. This will allow the participants to simply click on a link that takes them to their own personal information. Once we get you set up, you can change practically every piece of information that you want to.

You can accept fees via check that registrants mail in and activate their registration once payment is received, or you can accept credit card payments, which would be processed into your own merchant and bank account.  If you don't have a credit card merchant account, we can help you set one up.  We prefer to process credit cards through Authorize.net, which is one of the largest and most secure online processors.

4. Can the site integrate seamlessly with our own site (i.e. parents don't know they left our site)?
This site can be added as a link to your existing site, but our site has a content management functionality built in so that you can use our web league manager with your website without having to know HTML or any other programming language. You would not need two separate websites. Most of our leagues use us to host their web site because the parent secure login site is closely integrated into their web site. The parent site has an up-to-date roster, game schedule, practice schedule, and team photo gallery for each child. Parents can only access their children's teams.
