Online Web Based Schedule - Auto Creation & Management
With our sports schedule maker, you will be able to easily and quickly generate a centralized online schedule that is viewable and editable by authorized administrators. It will also be viewable to parents, players and coaches in login portal. Any change to the schedule will be automatically updated for all users.

Games, Practices, Referees, Umpire, & Volunteer Scheduling
You can automatically generate games for most sports and leagues. After a basic configuration, your volunteers and board members can generate schedules by division or level in a few minutes. Once the games and schedules are generated, you can schedule and pay your referees and umpires with our referee scheduling software.

Referee / Umpire Registration, Scheduling, & Payment
Your referees or umpires can register online. You can approve them, set their rate or fee, and then schedule them on games according to the divisions and levels that they are approved to work. You will be able to print a report with their hours and total amount to pay them or to send to Payroll.

League Volunteer Registration & Scheduling
Parents can volunteers while they register their children or players. You can then give them a link to choose a specific day and timeslot so you have a centralized web based schedule available to authorized users.

Email League Players and Parents by Level, Team, and Season
You will be able to send broadcast emails to your Parents based on their level, team, season, or their answer to a custom field question. So if somebody volunteers, you can send them an email reminder to sign up for their scheduled timeslot.

Rain Out / Reschedule Tool Emailer
We have all had those times when you needed to reschedule or cancel games. The players and parents affected will be automatically emailed the change and given the new game time. The schedule will be updated automatically in the administrative and player / coach login portal.

Secure Login for Parents and Coaches to view Roster and Schedule on your League Website
Parents can login to a separate parent portal that will give them access to the rosters, schedules, photo galleries and the ability to edit their contact information: Address, Phone and Email Address.

Secure Portal for Coaches on League Website
Coaches can log in and get access to their children's information like a normal parent, but will be able to Enter Game Scores, Player Stats, Player Evaluations, and Email their team. They can also update the contact information for their players and parents.

Parent Portal provides secure access to their children's information on your League Website
When parents log in, they only get access to their children's data including their roster, schedule, and team photo gallery.

You can setup your rating questions and then coaches or administrators can evaluate the players by team. These evaluations can be weighted and then printed in a report that sorts the players by overall ranking.

We keep an unlimited number of years of history so you can look back and see what team a player was on, what their evaluations were, or any other data you collected. You can also email players from a previous season.

We offer you a centralized management software to manage your league. You can store your league information and give multiple authorized users web-based access. In addition, we give league parents secure access to their children's roster and up to the minute schedule. Most importantly, we allow league administrators to communicate through our automated email system to the entire league, a single team, or level.
