LEAGUE AGES / DIVISIONS:

T-Ball / IPM - Ages 4-6:     Introductory level of play focused on teaching fundamentals in a fun, active environment.  Players ages 4-6 learn hitting and fielding fundamentals in a supportive team environment. Young athletes hit the ball from a batting tee which is height-adjusted for a level swing, batting in order through the line-up for the entire game.  The primary goal is to begin to instruct young players in the fundamentals of baseball in a supportive team environment. Base Paths 50ft and games last approximate 1 to 1.5 hours.

Pitching Machine Division - Ages 7-8:  Introductory level of play that  incoprorates Machine Pitch. Use of a pitching machine makes for more hittable balls at the plate and more action in the field. Fear of actually being hit by a pitched ball is diminished. It makes the game safer and improves the playing confidence and ability of all participants.  Base Paths 60ft, Pitching Distance 46', no leadoffs or stealing, bats approved by USABat,  and 6 inning games.

Federal Division - Ages 9-10:  Introductory level of play that  incoprorates Player Pitch and first experience to see andhit live pitching.   Players build and refine their fundamental skills while beginning to understand game strategy and teamwork.  Base Paths 60ft, Pitching Distance 46', no leadoffs or stealing, bats approved by USABat, Pitching Limits of 75 pitches per day, and 6 inning games.

Major Division - Ages 11-12:  Provides an opportunity to help players transition from the 60ft fields to a full size diamond.    Leading off and stealing are permitted.    Base Paths 70ft, Pitching distance 50 ft, bats approved by USABat, Pitching limit (85 pitches per day),  and 6 inning games.

Seniors Division - Ages 13-15:   Division created for ballplayers ages 13-15 who wished to continue their baseball playing experience beyond the age of 12. This is where players get their baseball cleats muddy for the first time on standard 90' diamonds under Official Baseball Rules used by Major League Baseball.  Base Paths 90ft, Pitching Distance 60' 6", BBCOR only bats, 2 5/8 Barrel, Pitching Limits (95 per day), 7 inning games.

Big League Division - Ages 16-18:   The highest and most accomplished level in LD Baseball. A favorite among high school players and allows ballplayers who wish to continue their baseball playing experience.   Gives players a chance to compete with other 16-18 year old ballplayers from other Baseball organizations.
