House Instruction and Training (HIT) Squad Program - 2019-2020 Pricing
Individual Lessons: $20-$40 per lesson (30 minutes)
Group Lessons (Four Players): $15-$20 per player per hour
HIT Instructor Run Team Practice: $35-$60 per Hour
LDB House Registration - No

- 4-year Collegiate playing career as a Pitcher/Outfielder at ECC and SUNY Brockport
- Instructor at the Buffalo School of Baseball 1999-2012
- Owner and Head Instructor/Trainer NC9 Baseball 2012-present
- Over 25 years playing/coaching experience
- 2012 Inductee into the Western New York Baseball Hall of Fame.
Joe Barberio
- Current Division 1 Pitcher/Utility player at Canisius College
- Signed to play with the Morehead City Marlins of the Coastal Plains Summer Collegiate League 2020
- Helped lead the Niagara Power to the New York State Collegiate Baseball League Championship in the summer of 2019 going 5-0 as a starting pitcher with a 1.22 ERA and 40 strikeouts; earning the start on the mound in the 2019 All Star game. Named to the NYCBL All Conference Team.
- 2018-2019 Member of the nationally ranked JUCO powerhouse NCCC Thunderwolves as a Pitcher/Catcher/3B. Named the JUCO Blog National 2-Way Player of the Year in the Spring of 2019.

G-Force Sports Performance Training
G-Force Sports Performance Training LLC has been training athletics for 4 years at the Lancaster-Depew Baseball Training Facility. Training sessions include proper warm up, functional exercises that include strength, power, core, flexibility, agility and proper nutrition concepts, along with proper cool down and mobility exercises.
