How much will it cost to play in 2016?
- $75 for tryouts (tryouts occur for summer football only)
- OVFL summer Varsity, Junior Varsity and Bantam teams: $650 for the season
- OVFL summer Peewee and Atom teams: $450 for the season

What are the age groups for the 2016 football seasons?
- Varsity Division – players born 1996, 1997 & 1998
- Junior Varsity Division – players born in 1999 & 2000
- Bantam Division – players born in 2001 & 2002
- Peewee Division – players born in 2003 & 2004
- Atom Division – players born in 2005, 2006 & 2007
When I registered using the online portal, I was given an ID and had to select a Password - Why?
The London Junior Mustangs Football Club utilizes a communication web portal for all registered athletes. The portal is secure and only users with passwords can view the content. The content view is customized for each user. When you log into the portal you will see:
- Athlete's team calendar
- Athlete personal profile
- Parents' contact information
- Individual and team stats
- Option to pay fees online
I would like to raise money myself to help with the cost of registration. What does the Jr. Mustangs offer to help me with that?
We have a sponsorship form that you can print and use for donors or sponsors. The form can be used by donors who wish to donate money to help pay for registration of a named athlete and the form can also be used by donors who want to use that donation for advertising purposes too. Simply email admin@londonjuniormustangs.com and your information will be emailed to you. Please include "LJM" in your subject line.
What equipment does the organization provide?
Please see the Equipment page for more details since some athletes need to provide their own equipment.
When and where do the teams practice?
For 2016, frequency and location of practices will be announced in April for the summer league and announced in August for the fall leagues. Please see confirmed dates, times and locations within the general calendar (the info is also emailed to athletes). Practice locations can be found on our Field Locations page.
If each team is affiliated with a league. which ones are they and when do they begin?
Our organization fields 9 teams; 6 in the spring/summer and 3 in the fall. Visit the Registration page for more info
- Spring/Summer OVFL (competitive): The season runs from mid-May to mid-August; dry land training beings in January. Atom, Peewee Bantam, Junior Varsity and Varsity teams play. Tryouts begin in April.
- Fall OVFL (competitive): The season runs from mid-August to early November. Atom, Peewee and Bantam teams only
- Fall LMFL (house league): The season runs from mid-August to early November. Atom, Peewee and Bantam teams only

What Volunteer positions are available?
We need help all year long and any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated!! Here are a few examples of where we need volunteers: Team managers, water person, first aid and statisticians. For more information please view the Volunteers page or contact volunteer@londonjuniormustangs.com.
I am not sure about all of rules.
The Ontario Varsity Football League does not post rules on its website. Each Jr Mustangs team manager receives a binder which contains a copy of the rules.
