REGISTRATION FOR Winter 2025 IS NOW AVAILABLE

The deadline to register is DECEMBER 1, 2025 at 11:00pm. All Registrations (including unpaid registrants) will be charged a $35 late fee after this. 

Age Groups: Youth players ages 7–17 (see birth years and age categories below).

All Skill Levels Welcome: From beginners to advanced players, everyone is encouraged to join. Teams are built to include a mix of skill levels so every player can contribute and develop.

Season Schedule:

• Start Date: April 13, 2025
• End Date: June 14, 2025
• Sessions: 16 total (2 practices + 14 games, including regular season and playoffs)

• Balanced Teams: We create teams with players of similar ages, skills, and experience, while also accommodating friend requests when possible.
• Division Placement: If a player or group is significantly above the level of their age category, they may be moved up to ensure fair competition.
• Number of Teams: Most age groups have at least 4 teams. If registration numbers are lower, age categories may be expanded or combined (e.g., U9 and U11).

• Individual Registration: Sign up on your own, and we’ll place you on a balanced team.
• Group Registration: Sign up with friends and play on the same team (details provided at registration).

EQUIPMENT

Players      - Mandatory (CSA Approved ice hockey helmet with face cage, ice hockey gloves, ice hockey stick)
                  - Recommended (protective cup, soccer style shin pads)

Goaltenders   - Mandatory (protective cup, hockey pants, pads, glove, blocker, chest/arm protector, CSA approved helmet

STANDARD REFUND POLICY - YOUTH

 Any registration cancelled before the registration deadline will be charged an automatic $50 admin fee. 

Cancellation after registration deadline
- $75.00 admin fee + $30.00 (Jersey Fee)

Cancellation after first session
$75.00 admin fee + $30.00 Jersey Fee + $15 x # of sessions THE TEAM has played (not the individual)
* The date you have contacted the registrar is the date used to count back the number of sessions

No refunds after the team has had 4 sessions.
