Below is a quick overview on how to add/edit/remove input fields in registration? 

Fields such as the one pictured below (e.g. shirt size, primary position, doctor, doctor's phone number, etc.) are known as custom fields. 

 You can edit custom fields in the admin panel by navigating to Setup->Registration->Custom Fields. From here, click "edit" to edit an existing custom field, click "Add a Custom Field" to add a new custom field, or click "Delete" to delete a custom field.
