Lake View Athletics

Lake View Athletics is a not-for-profit organization, with a 501(c)(3) classification from the IRS. Our goal is to foster the youth of our community and the surrounding areas. While the majority of our athletes come from the Lake View area and immediately surrounding Hamburg area, we also have athletes from Blasdell, Derby, Orchard Park, and West Seneca.  We have our own athletic complex on Burke Road in Lake View and we share facilities with the Town of Hamburg at the Hamburg Nike Base athletic complex.  We serve around 1,400 athletes every year.

Our mission is to support and develop amateur athletics for local, regional, national, and international competitions.  In doing so, we hope to foster the growth and development of our youth into fine outstanding citizens through the lessons learned through athletic participation.  These include teamwork, self reliance, self worth, responsibility, accountability, friendship, physical fitness and health, and the value of games, their outcomes, and good sportsmanship.

We strive to provide the best environment possible for our youth at the highest quality level of service, coaching, and facilities within our reach.  In doing so, we boast large numbers of kids going on to play athletics at the school, travel, and state levels, as well as officials who go one to career-level officiating. Several of our athletes have competed in state and regional tournaments for nationally-recognized clubs within the State of New York, and several of our officials have officiated at the same levels through the National Umpire Association and the United States Soccer Federation Referee Program.
