SCG Softball Facility Special Event Application 

Beginning on October 29, 2018, members requesting such use must complete, sign and submit the newly developed “SCG Softball Facility Special Event Application” form to the Director of Field Operations in advance of the date requested.  Copies of the form will be available online and at the field.

This procedure is important to properly schedule and coordinate activities at the field, to eliminate duplication of efforts and to have proper controls in place in order to ensure the success of the event.  The above procedure is not required for regularly scheduled league play or for associated practice sessions.
