PLEASE NOTE:  We recommend using Internet Explorer, Chrome or older versions of Firefox when attempting to click the Board Member's email to send them an email through your Personal Information Software, such as Microsoft Outlook or other.  The latest version of Firefox (19) uses a Built-In PDF Viewer that appends three characters to the end of the email "%00" which is bothersome and a bug.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

FIREFOX SOLUTION:  At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options > Select Options > Select the Applications panel > Portable Document Format (PDF) > Select Use Adobe Acrobat x.x (Default), click OK.
